Omakase & Exceptional Spirits

Hidden within Palapa Hidden Oasis, Club 28 is a ten-seat, air-conditioned speakeasy for omakase (reservation only) and exceptional spirits. It’s both a beautiful place to begin your evening and an intimate room to end it.

Many guests start in Club 28 with a first cocktail and a small amuse-bouche, then move on to dinner in the Bedouin tent or sushi in the lounge. Later in the night, it becomes a quietly luxurious retreat for a final drink and conversation.

Our shelves bring together small-batch Caribbean rums, prestige Diageo labels, aged whiskies and other carefully chosen spirits. The bar team builds refined, balanced cocktails around these bottles – from elegant stirred classics to more playful, tropical creations.

Club 28 is also available for small private gatherings – seated up to 10 guests, or 25–30 standing for cocktails.
